Real Conversations

My parents were on a vacation this last week, so I took the opportunity to *ahem* have a few friends over.

The other night one of my friends stayed the night, and we had time to just hang out together and be ourselves.

We just kicked back and had a good time.

I love those moments when you get to have those real conversations with your friends, when you put away the talk about who wears what and all the latest gossip.

We were able to open up and talk about being Christians. I realized how much easier it's getting to talk about God openly than it was a few months ago. I was shy and scared to tell people, especially my friends, but to my surprise they are the ones who are easiest to talk to about it.
