I have no idea what I'm doing

thinking about my future

Ah, I'm in college. It feels pretty good.

Ok, so I've only had one week of classes, but I'm feeling pretty confident about how well I'll do in them. I practically skipped into my first class becuase I was so excited about it.

Then in walked in my psych teacher, big sweater, ferocious eyebrows. He scares me a little, he's a staple-your-papers-at-a-forty-five-degree-angle-only kind of guy. Not to mention that he quoted Socrates wrong. Ok, I'll stop talkin smack about my psych teacher. Apparently, talking bad about someone means you have an insecurity issue. So he did teach me something.

Here are my plans for college.

I'm working on my associate of arts. It's a transfer program, usually to a four year college. It's going to take me about two years to complete.

I'm majoring in human services. When I get my associate, hopefully I can get a job somewhere as a counselor. But we all know that you can't get very far with an associate degree. So then I'll be working on my bachelors...and unless I was to be a student advisor or work at the local rehab center, I'll be going for my masters.

I can do this. I'm so ready.

Just do me a little favor and pray for me?
